Owning and operating a strong and muscular midsection is easier than you might think. You don't have to spend half your life in the weight room, or mostly eat egg whites and tofu. The idea is to get ripped and stay there.

Abdominal Exercises

Men who train hours a day do so because they just like it or are misguided regarding what it takes to lose belly fat fast. I'm here to tell you that if you'll just devote about a half hour a day to the best abdominal exercises, and alter your diet a bit, you can look and feel your absolute best. And stay that way for years and years.

Presented here are four of the best abdominal exercises. For the weight set, warm up for five minutes, either on a stationary bike, stair climber or by simply jogging in place.

Extended Crunches

Lie on your back grasping dumbbells over the chest, with legs bent. Proceed to raise the head and shoulders off the ground, extending weights to the left. Pause, then return to starting position and next extend the weights over the right. Perform 10 alternating repetitions to each side.
